New Hot Dogs and Caviar Podcast Episode!! Another Conversation with the Great Tarver King (or, the Guys Lose All Concentration Talking About Concentration)
Hi everyone!!!
We had Tarver 'Superking' King on, and it got a little crazy! Looks like he's going to be a semi-permament fixture of the podcast, and we could NOT be happier. America has no better chef, and the world has no nicer guy. He's 8 feet tall, he smells like a pine log in a campfire, his kisses taste like house-made beef jerky, and whenever he walks into a room, Iron Maiden's Aces High just plays by magic. Also, the guy can stick a belly-to-belly suplex like he was born in the squared circle. We're pretty sure he plays bagpipes, and we once saw him bring a wounded rabbit back to life just by hi-fiving it.
Oh, and we still had some level issues here, because he is the loudest man alive, but we sent him a mic with a volume control, so we should be able to get that under control for future casts.
Anyway, our (loosest of the loose) topics was 'Concentration.' Concentration of flavors, concentration of effort, mental concentration, and knowing what to concentrate on during a hectic restaurant shift.
Also, we were off-topic constantly, so you're welcome. We did time stamps, but just listen to this whole one, it's rad.

Okay, right as Jesse sent out the invite for the Zoom call (yeah, we still use Zoom, we aren't really techies outside the kitchen), TK sent us a 17-minute video on the UFO Burger, a kinda-strange hamburger stand in South Korea. It's pretty cool, but we aren't sure when he thought we'd be able to watch it between starting the session (when he sent us the video) and 21 minutes later, when he asked us if we watched it. He probably could have, given that he has super powers. At any rate, here's the link:
Oh my fucking god hahahahahhahahhahhahahhahaha I can't breathe I'm laughing so hard at that description hahaha
