Tarver referenced the book United States of Arugula, by David Kamp.  If you'd like to check it out, the Evil Empire has it for less than 20 bucks.

Also, Jesse referenced a sidecar, his favorite cocktail, and if you've never made one, you should.  It's the most civilized cocktail in the history of the universe, bar none.

Sidecar

1 long shot Cognac (2 oz)
Half a shot lemon juice, fresh squeezed or don't waste your time (3/4 oz.)
Half a shot Cointreau (3/4 oz)

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.  Give it a good shake, and serve in a sugar-rimmed martini glass with a lemon twist.
